My Story
Like many of her clients, Alyx knows exactly what it feels like to be anxious about stepping into a gym for the first time. She was overweight, unsure of herself, and intimidated by the unfamiliar environment — but she took that first step anyway.
What followed was a remarkable personal transformation — not just physical, but mental and emotional too. Alyx discovered that building strength in the gym was inseparable from building confidence and resilience in everyday life.
That lived experience shapes everything she does as a trainer. Alyx understands the fears, the setbacks, and the breakthroughs that come with change, and she meets every client with genuine empathy and zero judgement.
Today, Alyx works as a personal trainer at PureGym North Finchley, offering in-person sessions alongside flexible online coaching via Zoom. Her approach blends evidence-based training with a deep commitment to mental wellbeing — because she believes that true fitness goes far beyond the physical.
